What made you start reading this novel?

My friend told me how much she loved this novel and so I decided to read it as well. I didn’t read anything about the content of the book beforehand so I had no idea as to what it would be about.

A boy who deals with his sorrow about the tragedies of 9/11 by exploring New York and it’s relation to his father.

What makes this novel interesting?

It’s written from a child’s perspective, giving you a fresh view on 9/11 since children can’t always fathom everything that’s going on. However the language isn’t overly simple.
